Next to the house you will find the Pebble Beach hand and car-top boat launch, where you can fish or easily slip a kayak in the water for a serene morning paddle. One house over, a semi-private boat launch offers you an alternative to the public boat launches.

The half acre fenced in yard allows you plenty of privacy as you relax on the deck and enjoy the stunning sunrise. The house is built with an open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen island is a natural gathering point for casual meals while the dining room accommodates up to 8 for dinner.

The living room sofas centers on the gas fire place –the internet connected TV is ready for you to kick back and enjoy NetFlix movies. All of the rooms are private with a lake view, it is so beautiful here! Our property is so wonderful. We have a Crabshack Restaurant & Pub, Dockside Grill, and Cabana Bar!

We have an outdoor tent for the Crabshack Restaurant, and we also do weddings and all kinds of occassions!

The rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow pets.

We also have live music every weekend!

Bands outside from 7-11 pm and a DJ til 2 am in the Cabana. There's no cover fee!

All of the rooms have a view of Conesus Lake. All of the rooms are private, have cable, A/C, free WiFI and a private bath.

Once room is booked-- CANCELLATION POLICY is 7 days prior to reservation. Less than 7 days will charge one weekend night. AAA & AARP weekdays only.

Room #3 now has the kitchenette in it. With Stove, oven, sink, frig. We also have microwave for it. It looks great! So it lists at $500/month inclusive of all utilities, wifi, garbage, parking, & cable.

Room #2 lists for $400 inclusive. It has frig and micorwave but not stove, oven and sink. All the same utilites plus for this one.
