All of the rooms are private with a lake view, it is so beautiful here! Our property is so wonderful. We have a Crabshack Restaurant & Pub, Dockside Grill, and Cabana Bar!

We have an outdoor tent for the Crabshack Restaurant, and we also do weddings and all kinds of occassions!

The rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow pets.

We also have live music every weekend!

Bands outside from 7-11 pm and a DJ til 2 am in the Cabana. There's no cover fee!

All of the rooms have a view of Conesus Lake. All of the rooms are private, have cable, A/C, free WiFI and a private bath.

Room #3 now has the kitchenette in it. With Stove, oven, sink, frig. We also have microwave for it. It looks great! So it lists at $500/month inclusive of all utilities, wifi, garbage, parking, & cable.

Room #2 lists for $400 inclusive. It has frig and micorwave but not stove, oven and sink. All the same utilites plus for this one.

CC5561 has 3 bedrooms which are winterized and 2 bedrooms on a sleeping porch off the second floor. The sleeping porch has windows and screens all around, it is not winterized for winter use. It is great in the summer.

The sleeping porch has a gueen bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other. Two bedrooms have a full double bed( little smaller than queen but fine for two adults). One bedroom has two twin beds which could be pushed together.

CC5561 was completely remodeled one year ago. One full bath downstairs with a shower and a very large full bath upstairs with a tub/shower. Bathrooms are new and very nice.

Three bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans.

There are beds for 10 people.

Water depth is good with 42 feet of dock and guests can dive off the end of the dock. We have one of the better locations as far as weeds are concerned.

Very few weeds because we have a shale beach and the water depth is excellent!

CC5561 is great for kids as we are over 500 feet from West Lake Road.

Guests are able to access the water from the dock or from the beach.
